A couple of offroading FJC pics

A buddy co-worker of mine took his month-old FJC up a local trail and I thought I'd post some pics...

Cool pics!

How is he liking it?? I just got to see one up close for the first time this weekend up at tellico. I really like it from what I have seen so far! I just posted this in the FJC section but since more people look here and it fits perfectly into this thread I'll post the pics I got of them off-road too..

OK I guess it's just me but I just can't get into the look of the rear end on those things. The front end looks great but the tail is ugly as sin. I'm sure its fully trail ready, I mean after all it is a Yota, but you gotta look good to! I like that they tried to envoke the old FJ look but i think they must have given up around the rear quarter panel.

Very inspiring shots, Ed! What type and size tires are those? Any lift kit? Looks surprisingly dry for BC forest trails.

Austin, great shots! I like the way you held the camera at different creative angles, it really ads to the off-road impression.

Apparently he did pretty good. I didn't go, I'm just posting his pics but I hear his was the only stock rig to do the trail.

It is stock height and I know he got some 'bigger' tires from the dealer as an option but I'm not sure what size they are.

Other than the last few days, we have had some record setting warm weather around here. Which I'm sure you are getting too!

In my dreams. We've had a series of troughs parked offshore most of the month bringing cool and wet conditions.

I forgot to ask, which transmission in that FJ?
