Browns Camp in winter question

Browns Camp in winter question
Hey. i'm living outside the us for a year right now and my poor yota is just sitting back home in Oregon. i'm gonna be coming home for a few weeks over christmas break and i definitely want to get some wheeling in before i have to park her again. i've never been to brown camp but i've always wanted to. i know plenty of stock-ish trucks that have wheeled there.
My question is this: What is browns camp like in the winter? Would my stock 91 ex cab with 31" BFG A/T's be able to do any thing? or should i not even bother and just wait till summer?
i'm definitely going up there this winter no matter what with my buddy and his 71 fj40. i'm pretty sure he has some other yotas that want to come with us too. if i don't bring my truck i might end up bringing a quad or a rhino.
Any advice from people who know what it's like would be a big help. thanks.
oh, and we're always up for having fellow wheelers that can show us around!

It all depends on the winter. I have been up there when it is bare trails in January and the next year it has been arctic conditions. Your truck could possibly run some of the powerline trails. The conditions can change quick...
Definitely go prepared with multiple trucks, which sounds like your plan...

You should be fine.
I was up their the last two weekends that it was snowing pretty hard with my buddy.
He was running a stock ranger and i was running my stock yota.
Be wary of the roads that go out to there. Lots of black ice when it gets cold.

man i'm excited to go up there. i've always planned to make a brown camp run and now it's happening.

MAKE SURE you bring someone with you... wheeling solo is not safe, wheelin solo in the winter is just plain retarded. a "quick" snow wheelin trip can turn into an over night trip FAST so pack and prepare as if you;re going for a couple days not hours.

we'll probably end up going around the last week of december. i'm not sure though.
and yes, i'll definitely be prepared for the unexpected. i'm not one to pack light, especially when it comes to survival. and there will be multiple tucks no matter what... that are way more capable than mine...
thanks for all the advice everyone.
