at the bottom of a mountain

Elsworth and McKellips...Sierra Heights is the subdivision. We are litterally right at the bottom of a small moutain. Spectacular completely unobstructed view! The view itself is worth what we paid. Unfortunately I have quite a hike into work, but this house makes up for it 100% (wife has just a 10 minute drive too). 99% of the homes we looked at were horrible. This was the first one that was worth buying...so we bought it - well they accepted our bid...just gotta inspect and all that jazz. We close on the 31st.

Holy moley, you are like 60 miles away from where we live. We actually used to live in a Condo at McKellips and Stapley, so I understand how far East that is.

Sounds like a winner. Post some pics when you get a chance.

Yeah, we figure we will have no problems selling the home if my commute becomes an issue. The house was on the market for 2 days before we got it

More picture of the actual house are here: http://www.ferrara.cc/hosted/new_house/owner/

Yeah, the views are why we bought it. You walk into the front door and you are completely drawn to the rear. We looked at over 40 hours personally and NOTHING was decent. Most were overpriced and had no back yards. This was the first one that we actually liked - so we got it We figured it was the end of the year special...

Crap. How did I miss this thread? I would have enjoyed meeting some AZ members. Ah well, next time. Besides, I'm in the same boat with Steve, though not nearly as far out as PoBoy.

I have a group of guy heading into town in 2 weeks, we are going to run really hard stuff. After that in late Jan. or Feb. I was going to put together a "All Trucks" run that everyone can do.

We can all do FR-42 is not hard and it's in the middle for everyone.

FR-42 is near Bartlett Lake. Everyone can wheel it, locker or not. It's a fun trail.

Good times !!!
