AZ - Elvis Trail
A small group of us conquered Elvis over the weekend and also explored a couple other trails on foot.
Here's what Elvis had to offer -
The lone Jeep..
Elvota climbing the notch in style...
Another wheelie...look at his facial expression
Elvota made it look easy...
Steve was the only one to do this obstacle..
The squeeze in a 3rd Gen 4runner...tight fit
The view on the ride out...

Yet another sweet run in AZ!!
Thanks everyone for the good spotting and trail finding.
The addition of that dual crawler has to be the best mod I have done so far. Such a difference. Although... it was nice having my ARB function as well.

Elvis is one of my favorite trails now. I really enjoyed that trail, especially that first waterfall. That was a fun climb.
How awesome is that double low 4.7 gear?? Now you wonder how you ever wheeled without that.

Several of the easier obstacles were stacked We cleared some of the rock stacking, but it was bad in places, especially the squeeze near the end.

Is the "J Turn" where the main trail goes straight, but off to the right there is a deep pocket that is followed by a very tight left up step? The obstacle that looks pretty straightforward until you see a rig try and fit through?
If so, Westy and Mark went that way. In fact, the pic above with Mark's classic facial expression is him cresting the obstacle.

This is in the J-turn...photos dont tell much of a story. Bad angles...but you get the idea. In the photo just below you can see ahead of my truck to the left is the exit climb. It's a funky obstacle. Wheelstand almost guaranteed as Mark found out...somehow I avoided one, long wheel base I think.
