you could build a pod similar to this picture. I know it has power windows, but the pod could be a bit bigger and you could find a slimmer 6.5 midrange. Plenty of people have done it.

oh yea, just my personal preferance but once you get your door speakers in i wouldnt even worry about the rear speakers. a proper front speaker setup will sound awesome. just add a subwoofer in the back and you are good to go.
