My $60 winch bumper

Be jealous
No, not really. It will need work. Its old, definitely professionally built. Guy said its an old Warn. It is (was) chrome. Definitely too wide, but
This thing weighs a ton. I think each mount probably weighs 50-60lbs. I can't lift the entire thing up by myself. But I took the mounts off and the bumper itself probably only 40lbs. Looks like 1/4" for the winch cradle and the rest 3/16" with the top only like 1/8" or less. He said it was on an '80s Ford.

Well, I cut the sides off, going to shorten them then reattach. I already have it planned out, and know how I'm going to mount it on the 4runner.

2 days after this I had an emergency. Was in the hospital most of last week. An infection appeared on friday. Been in and out of the hospital since. Going to have minor surgery in the morning. Won't be able to work on this for a while. I'm going to miss the 75 mile off-road rally this Saturday, the event I have been looking forward to all summer :\. FML
