Bed Bobbing
I had desdided to start doing some body work and take care of little rust spots and paint my truck last week, when a friend and I desided it would be a good time to do this project as i was going to do the mud and paint anyhow.
Over all it was easy - took us about 5 hours or including going out to lunch. We only used two grinders and a gas welder. It only took 3 4.5inch cutting disk and that included cutting the box, frame, spare tire deal too.
Pre cutting ( not me in the picture )
After the cuts
Welded the end back on
Best part of the whole deal thus far - It will fit in my garage now
I have a ton more step by step pictures and tips that I will probably write up in the near future.
