IFS Lift install problem?

I am in the process of installing the Superlift lift kit on my truck. I already have the rear done, piece of cake. The front hasn't been to bad except for trying to get the rear alignment cam bolts out of each of the LCAs. The directions for the lift, factory manual, and the Haynes manual all say remove cam bolt. Is there some reason mine won't just come out? It seems like to me that there is a alot of tension on this bolt and so that is why it won't come out. I was thinking about totaly relaxing the torsion bars and going that route, but I was wondering if anybody else had that issue and how they resolved it? Just as an F.Y.I. if this is info that you would want to know, I am also doing my brakes, wheel bearings and all ball joints removal and replacement at this time too. So far what I have removed is the calipers, rotor and hub assembly, the front cam bolt on both sides, anti sway bar, shocks. I have yet to remove the tie rod, ball joints or the LCA and UCA from the whole steering knuckle. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes try relaxing the t-bars all the way, that should be a prerequisite. The cam bolts may be rusted inside the bushing sleeves, if that is the case try PB Blaster for a few days and then try again. You may end up having to cut the bolts to get them out. When you install the new Superlift cam bolts coat them good with anti-seize first.

The lower control arm is not attached to anything other than the one cam bolt that I can't get out. I have tried using my impact hammer and I have been coating that thing with PB for about a day now. Looks like I am going to have to cut the bolts. Wait does the kit come with new cam bolts?

I thought mine did anyway. I know it came with concentric washers. If not hit the dealer for some.

I cannot believe how incredibly reluctant these bolts are on wanting to come out. Don't they realize that they are holding up the lift and that they will be an integral part in making hte truck look and perform a lot better?!?!?!?!? Oh and my superlift did not come with new cam bolts. So if I was to cut them how would you recomend me cutting them out?

Sawsall for sure. When the bolt rusts it expands into the sleave and just gets tighter the more it rusts.
