The Eibach springs are great. Lift is perfect (back is actually a little higher than the front now - time for some torsion bar lift!). Ride is great - they use a progressive rate spring, so it gets stiffer as you compress it more.

I second the Downey HD coils. I had these prior to my current set up. Lifted the rear nicely and they weren't too stiff.
