Budbuilt crossmember installed...

I finally installed the Budbuilt crossmember I bought from Cebby a couple weeks ago. Had to get rid of all the East Coast rust, but it came out good. I think I will shim it a little as my driveline angles are a little steeper than with the stock "shovel" crossmember.

Now I want to go scratch it up on some rocks...

Yep...apparently it is the prototype for the 3.slow auto trans. I want to attach bigger skidplate to it later.

Looks good, mang!

Now get that "long distance driveability" issue fixed so you can get back down here with that thing!

I am working on it CJ...driveline vibrations are no fun...especially when you can't figure them out.

We will need to wait for Devils Canyon....I dont think your old tires and steering can handle another run there.

Hey, What's with the BUGGER WELDS on those sliders?...

JK,

Marc, it looks good!

Off Topic - A buddy of mine told me that CORVA got shut down by the state on their Truckhaven event last weekend. Sheriffs and Rangers cited several green sticker vehicles..

What do ya think?
