Wheel specs to fit 305/70/16
Just ordered the TRD/OME Lift Kit #7 with the TRD blue front shocks from Sonoran Steel. I am also going to order a 1" 4Crawler BL very soon. I need to find a good set of 16in wheels with the right backspacing for me to stuff some 305/70/16 tires up in these fenderwells that will fit with my setup. Problem is I don't know what kind of backspacing I am going to need to clear the a arms on the inside and still clear the fenderwells (with a little trimming of course). Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have the 305/70's with 16x8 wheels 4.0" Bs and have no rubbing problems. You can always try ebay stores, i got my pro comp 1079's for 390 to my door. Here's a link to some 1069's http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Pro-C...14845951QQrdZ1

Ok now I have found a few nice 16x8in, but I did stumble upon a pair of "Helo Guns" for a great price locally, the problem is they are 16x9' with 5 1/4" Backspacing. Is that going to be too much BS or do you think it will clear?

It needs to be 3.5" or less, 3.25", 3.00" or you will have to use the shaved arms. That (4.5" with shaved arms) will not give you the turning radius of the 3.5" or less though.
