I was looking at the cornfed spacers and was curious if you guys knew what the right size would be to level my taco up to do away with the hunkered down front stance?

A 1-1.5" spacer would be good, with the 1.5" probably being the better choice.

Thanks. With the spring problems over time with the spacer, is that only if you wheel or is it from driving in general?

The problems with spring sag are inherent with any spring. Some are more prone to failure than others, depending on a lot of factors. One of those factors is fatigue, which all springs are bound to do over time. If the springs on which the spacers are mounted are prone to early fatigue to begin with, then the spacer will only exacerbate the problem and not necessarily be the root cause of it.

Having said that, I think that wheeling the truck would accelerate spring sag more rapidly versus street driving.

Scroll down and look for the Tacoma 1" Front Coil Spacers. These particular spacers sit outside the coil pack, above the top spring seat. They do not pre-load the spring and do not change the ride characteristics at all like a spacer that is inside the coil pack will do. Plus, they're inexpensive. You will still need a spring compressor to install them.
