Hi all,
This forum is absolutely awesome. Hopefully I'll have enough know-how to be able to help someone with a fix-it question one day. For now, I'm learning all that I can from people and books.
Here's my question. I've got this horn-like, muffled sound that comes on before the seat belt buzzer starts. Sometimes it's louder and other times it's just weak. If the engine is warm and it starts quickly, the sound is short lived. But it comes on every single time I start the engine. It sounds as though it's coming from below the steering column and to the left. For the life of me, it's driving me crazy.
