Ok, I don't know what is going on now.
I just looked again and i have one cat under the truck that has a flange twards the rear but is welded on th front. Now the stock crossover pipe has what i first thought to be a second Cat but now i am not sure. Could it be a heat shield? It seemed like a strange place to have a cat to me all along. On the outside it looks just like a cat in the crossover pipe. Any ideas?

If you have two cats, the first one will be on the passenger side down pipe and it'll be obvious it's a cat. There'll be an O2 sensor in the pipe about 6" before the cat.
The second cat will be about mid way down the passenger side door and will have an O2 sensor AFTER it.
Here's a shot of mine from under the vehicle looking up through the passenger side of the engine bay. That big silver cannister on the right bottom of the pic is the FIRST cat.

Now if i could just get CT to come up i need to edit it over there.

This test was done on my truck(4 runner) It is fast, way better then the deck plate. My 4runner has 123K mi, Mobil 1(5w30) in the motor and royal purple in the drive train, A 4" deck plate, stock Toyota(yes i buy all my parts from the dealer) Air and oil filter, Intake silencer removal using McCastar parts(down the street from my work), I meant too change the plugs before this but i did not. The truck is quick, it pulls 1st Hard and no hesitation on the shift to second. It sounds opened up. Any one on the cusp of buying them should do it they will be happy, if you live in LA and want to go for a spin PM me and we can work something out
That video sounds really good. What catback are you using?

Pricing
The following is the current price list at 30 folks. Unfortunately, not enough people wanted chrome so there is no chrome application, only ceramic.
Considering the fact that Thorley manufactured the TRD, stainless steel, NON-coated headers, and took what they know about that set and addressed the leaking issues - redesign and better flanges, installation issues, as well as widen the diameter to facilitate collection and improve power gains... at this price, (stainless steel ceramic coated), these headers are a STEAL. The 30+ folks on the CT group buy list recognize that it will be a LOT more expensive trying to get these from PP or any other retailer once they start distributing them - PP already offers Jardine exhausts which are made by Doug Thorley.
DYNO RESULTS:
Nat Asp: 7 RWHP - peak difference & 13 RWTQ maximum difference at 3200 rpm.
Supercharged: 16 RWHP - peak difference & 15 RWTQ - maximum difference at 2700 rpm.
PRICING:
Once again, RETAIL will be $777 chrome, and $913 ceramic.
Group Buy Pricing:
THY-507-S EGR application:
$518 Chrome / 30 people
$579 Ceramic / 30 people
Non-EGR application:
$446 Chrome/ 30 people
$512 Ceramic/ 30 people
Old Pricing List:
$547 Ceramic/ 20 people
$481 Chrome/ 20 people
$582 Ceramic/ 15 people
$516 Chrome/ 15 people
NAT ASP: Stock. With Headers. With Headers and Cat Back

I have a question for you guys. I already have TRD headers, and they leak. SHould I just go to the muffler shop and have them "fix" what I have? Or do you think it would be worth the $$ to get these instead?
I'm not really looking for power gains, I just want a quiet truck again without exhaust leaks.

There have been some issues brought to my attention on these headers and I am backing out of the group buy. The major one that these are not stainless steel as originally stated.
I'm not at liberty to discuss the issues, I'll let those who had the problems speak to them.
