synthetic motor oil ‘true or false’

Um... gravity will always pull oil down to the drainpan no matter what... I dont think it matters if its syn or not. Maybe the dyno stuff is thicker in some senses and the goop that accumulates over time may be thought to be a better lube?
I have developed a small oil leak coming from what looks to be a front seal from switching to Mobil 1. I did an Amsoil oil flush clean, and I think it washed out all the goop/debris/buildup from dyno oil and now the new synthetic can seep out slowly from an old seal.

Been running Mobile 1 5w-30 for a while now in my 01 2.7 Tacoma , change it every 10,000 miles. No problems yet and I do some hard mountain driving. When I start it up it's as quiet as baby sleeping and idles like a kitty purring,Lol.

Since I purchased my 4R about 9K miles ago, it was sold to me with a fresh oil change but wasn't sure what type of oil was put into the engine, but I'm thinking about changing it to M1 5W-30 Syn just like I did in my previous car, but the weird thing is that even after 9K daily driving miles and maybe 2 times a month going on a road trip and some off-road advetures, the oil is still not dingy and black, instead its a little murky but still the brownish transparent color. Would it be a waste to change the oil now?

The color, smell, feel and taste of oil have nothing to do with whether it is suitable for continued use. Either change it on a schedule or have it analyzed, but don't fool yourself into thinking you can distinguish good oil from bad simply by looking at it. It's not mayonaise.

Everything I see says they are made from purely synthetic base stocks.
AMSOIL Synthetic Lubricants are fuel efficient, extended life lubricants manufactured from select synthetic base stocks and special purpose additives.
In 1972, AMSOIL introduced the first American Petroleum Institute rated 100% synthetic motor oil for automotive applications.
