LOL....

The point we were making is he prolly payed big dollar for Allpro custom leafs and then went and bolted a lift-block underneath of them.

I think if you all re-read the text about that SAS-ed rig...you will see that the driver was not all that enthusiastic about the lift-blocks either. It is truly a sweet rig, I wish mine was remotely close to it in capability.

Anyway, check it again. Quit all the bitchin' about the TPS-Reports...mmm-kay?

The last issue I got is the December one, w/ "Build it Yourself" on the cover. Is this truck in the Jan issue and I just happen to be the unlucky fool that the postman forgot. Someone let me know b/c I have always wanted to see a coil sprung SAS on a Toy.

did you miss the september issue, page 84, "inspired ride, one tough tacoma?" i dont know who Mark McKague is but he owns one of the baddest tacomas in the world. someone asked what a $15k swap looks like, there one is, hope you have the issue!!

Since there probably are lots of readers that have not seen it, I feel compelled to link the scarry steering pages.

Check out the 18 inch lift blocks front and rear on the yellow and black Flattie Ford with GM axles and no shocks!!!

Always good for a few moments of laughter until you think that people actually try to drive those LAND TORPEDOS on the same 75 MPH highways that you and I do.

That is one scary POS there, I love the rear drive line angle, that's gota be pushing 90 degrees:pat: . Go figure, some people will never get it and continue to waste money on pointless things, I never did understnad the concept of "show trucks" what's the point if you can't have fun with it at least once in awhile.

its2slo, yes I do have that issue, that Taco is shweeeeeeeeeet, wish I had the kind of money to buy a 2K1 taco and do a 15K swap all in that amount of time, it must be nice to have endless funds and free time, something I fear I will never have the joy of knowing:cry: .

From the article, "...the 5inch allpro leaves and 4-inch blocks Bjorn describes as Taco-Mart suspension. Bjorns description leads us to believe he just might not be happy with his rear suspension setup and will be changing it soon."
