Painting 4runner Parts

Theres a few parts on my 99 4runner that i would like to have repainted. These include the front bumper, grill, and the rear license mounting spot. But i have a few questions...

First off, my rear license plate holder, there is some cracks from the sun im guessing (pic below). My question is, can this come off as one peice, and if so, how?

Next, i have a stock chrome plastic grill (pic below) that i want to have body color paint matched. What id like to know is if its even possible to have this done since the chromed plastic might not allow for it or something?

And finally, my front bumper has tons of scratches, knicks, scuffs, etc. Some parts of the bumper are metal, and some are plastic. The metal parts arent an issue, but the plastic ones that need repainted have a kind of texture to them. My question is, when it goes to get repainted, and im guessing they will sand the scratches out, wont it look weird that some parts will have texture and some parts wont?

yes, you have to take off the panel inside the tailgate and from inside there you can access the fasteners.

Talking Bamachem

PM bamachem and ask him as he has done a lot of paint work on his rig just recently from plastic to metal. He should be able to help you if he doesn't chime in here.

Personally, I would not paint the chrome grille unless I could not buy a new color matched grille from Toyota, they are only about -$100 new.
