Looks good. What kind of roof rack is that. Low profile is nice for some applications.

its a wilderness rack, but its not the normal one for the 4runner. It is a different size one, with 4runner mounts. The roof rack rails arent long enough for the rack, so the rear mounts are customized to fit it.

Very nice addition, I'll have to think about that. Tell me about how you mounted your Hellas. I have the exact same truck except i'm running a brush gaurd to acommodate my KC slimlites but if I can I'd like to do away with the brush guard or go with a TJM-15. The stock bumper was big enough for the lights? How did you secure them?

Thanks, Kyle

Definitely get/make a pair with kick outs. One day they will help save your rear section(s).

I drilled 4 holes in the bumper, and put rubber washers in between the lights and the top fo the bumper. The mounts are good so far, they shake a little when you hit hard pot holes or bumps. I am prolly going custom tube bumper later this summer, from the same guy i got the sliders from.

I am gonna see how they do, and if i need to i will get some kickouts added on to the ones i have. At this point in time i am not really going to be doing anything where it really requires kickouts, its mostly for rocker panal protection.

Nice nice rig totally. Did you have to remove running boards? Did yours come with front flaps? I want to take mine off, but there are no flaps in the front then... I guess that's a Toyota part?

Mine came with front flaps, but it also came with something worse than running boards. Chrome Westin Side Steps. Those things were off the truck in under like 10 minutes of owning it. Yeah that front flap is a toyota part, i dunno what number, but they are prolly a pretty penny. You could buy some cheap ones from Autozone/Oreilly's/Napa/Advance Autoparts and put them on, i have heard that they work pretty well.

I love the light setup, are they noticeable brighter lighting then your running lights? Or is it just more bulbs equals more light?

The lights are brighter than the headlights, but what really helps is the lights throwing more light out there. The way i have it set up is the middle lights are in between where the headlights shine, and the outer ones are right outside of where the headlights shine. So i get a wide rane of light.

Plus the Hella's were really cheap, 49.99.

Nice rig......I would have done that if I had kept my 4runner....protection is always nice against the trail as well.
