New Rubber!!!!!!
I am so hype!!!
I just ordered my new tires. I ended up going with 305/70/16 goodyear mtr's. I got a preety good deal on them. I drove to costco today to get BFG's mt but the said that they could not install the tires on my truck because that was not the size the truck came with. I told the guy that was crazy and he could keep his tire. Costco wanted $210 per tire installed for the BFG's and I ended up getting the MTR's for $216 per tire installed at a small local tire shop.
I chickened out on the 315/75/16's!!!!

I liked to looks of the goodyear better anyway. I also heard they will last longer than the bfgs. Anyone ever had there tires wear out in the middle.

I have never heard of the MT/R's lasting longer than BFG's. Mine are at better than half at 25k, so I am pleased.
Did they actually get balanced? I have really not been pleased with that part of my MT/R ownership.

If I had to guess, I'd say that the M/T KM's came out before the MT/R's but I'm not sure. I'm hoping that the M/T's that I've now got in my garage will last longer than the MT/R's would have cause I could have gotten either but I opted for the BFG's cause of the tire wear and reputation they had.
Oh well...either way it's gonna look good after tonight, hopefully.

Nope... Still driving around with no leaks at all.
If this is the kind of performance I can expect from Goodyear, I will buy nothing else ever again.

The KM's came out as a weak attempt to take some market share away from the MT/R, so the MT/R was first.
Then BFG got a clue and made Krawlers. Not a Swamper, but it sure looks like they get it done.

35 12.50 16 = 315/75/16
I almost got the 35's but I didnt want to have to trim and most important I think that is a little hard on the steering and drive train for daily stop in go trafic in the city. Not to mention gas milage, loss of tire clearace and power loss. I think 35's would look great though just not for me.
Thanks for the complements
