O Gasket installed. Thanks Christian. Boy was my TB dirty! Taking the TB off is definately the best way to clean it. I noticed a big difference with the throttle response after the cleaning. That's a good thing!

Christian or anybody in the know for that matter... what are the torque specs for the throttle body bolts? Figure better get the right specs before I start this endeavor. Thanks!

17 should do just fine. Be sure to cross-torque it (a little at a time, and alternate).

Christian, thanks for the gasket, tough to know how much of a diff it made since I cleaned my TB also. But I do feel like I have more low end...

Look at it this way, TRD claims that if you don't use it, then you'll lose 1.5psi with the S/C which is quite a bit when you're looking at a total of 6/6.5psi stock.

So, on a N/A engine, I would think it should be something at least measurable.

So why did Toyota close it down? less air less fuel?
