Need Help, Dealership broke my Master Cylinder (Long Post)

Hey Guys, I really need your help on this one (91 V6 4x4 runner).

After having a local Tires Plus do a brake inspection (my brakes were squealing at low speeds.) They told me I needed new pads and one of the caliper spring clips was broken (quoted me $325 so I decided to do it myself). After calling Toyota of Orlando to check the part prices, I had them transfer me to service where they quoted me $170 (parts plus one hour of labor) so I decided to have them do it. After dropping it off on Monday, they called and said the rotors needed to be turned and told me they’d do it for $180, so I agreed. Last night I finally went to pick it up, they asked me to help the tech bleed the brakes ( I was tired of waiting so I agreed). The brakes wouldn’t bleed out and the tech was talking about a bad master cylinder (I had to have the Asst. Service Manager I’d been dealing with translate, at this point he also complained about repeatedly being given the brand new guys to test out). He gave me a Pontiac Vibe rental and said he’d call me today. He called me today and told me $425 for a new master cylinder. Needless to say I wasn’t too happy and called the Service Manager. The Service Manager told me there was no way the brake bleed broke the master cylinder (I told him how it could); now tomorrow he’s going to have his master tech look at it and see if it was their fault.
Now, I assume that his tech is going to say the same thing (wasn’t their fault), and here is where I need your help:
Does anybody know of a hard resource or a Toyota Dealership Master Tech who could back me up on this one? I don’t think I should have to pay for this (or at least not all of it).

Brake Bleed killing master cylinder (I think this is what happened): http://www.gadgetonline.com/BrakeFlu...edal%20method:

I’m on my own in college and am stretched tight as it is, and $700 is almost a whole paycheck.

Thanks in advance.
