Installing passenger mirror
Anybody have any tips or tricks to make sure this goes smoothly? Picked me
up a new pair of mirrors, as my 88 only has a drivers side mirror. This makes
backing my trailer into tight spots very scary without someone to spot. Drilling
will be required. Just looking for input.
Also yanking out the seats and carpet, rewiring the stereo, and putting sound
deadener on the floor.
Gonna be a fun weekend...

I did that on my 89 truck before it got totaled. I took many measurements to make sure there in the same position and then put a strip of masking tape over where I would drill. The tape makes it easier to see your marks and also prevents the paint from chipping when you drill. Dont forget to center punch.
Is the mirror a wide angle or a regular?
