holy flying bolts batman!!!!!

ok, so i finally got around to putting in my rancho torsion bars , started with the pasenger side , came off way easier then i thought it would . putting it in was a little bit of a pain but no biggie.

so on to the drivers side and believe me , i was excited thinking it was going to be as easy as the passenger side . ha , no such luck.
i had a limited tool supply , but i made it work , oh until the bolt decided to break and shoot thru my floor board. yep thats right , crack , smack , right thru my floor board. i couldnt believe it when i tried to get my wrench out and it wouldnt go, got out the flash light and low and behold bolt thru the floor board. luckily my fingers weren't up in there or id still be stuck there crying for help.

and this is with all the tension off, the only thing i can think of is that this vehicle was in a front end accident and there might have been some tension that should not have been there , which started to freak me out a little , thinking the rancho one wouldnt go , but it went in with no problem.

well , i definitly like the feel of the over sized torsion bars , way less nose drop when braking , my guess is ill relaize how much better they are when i finally get around to buying a winch.
