I spent almost $300 on gas last month and I only live 5 miles from work. Of course, this included a bunch of non-work driving but still...

I come out with more like 19.4 % change in tire size (use circumference as a guide).
P265/70R16 is a stock 16" tire.

So it should come out to close to 12 % difference (actual is 11.9 %).

I'd love the s/c but cost is a big factor for why I haven't done it yet. I'm pretty sure that a big bonus from work will entice me to get s/c but I won't count my chickens until they're hatched.
Passing power is the main reason that I want more power. I can go 90 mph on flat surfaces (that's really almost 100 mph) and can regularly go 70, which is almost 80. This is sufficent power for straight driving. When I have to pass someone, the truck does struggle but taking it out of OD has solved most of my issues. I just have to either accept it's a truck and not a car or go balls out. If it's not a s/c, I'm thinking about a used IS300 and throwing on a turbo.
