Brakes questions.
Will calipers from a 16'' rim 4runner work with a 15'' rim 4runner?

No. You will not be able to fit them onto a 15" rim.

Yes as long as you match the rotors. 16" Caliper with 16" Rotor.. Some dust shield cutting will need to be done too.
