Backfiring 3.4 5VZE no CEL Help!

I have a 02 Taco that shows no CEL but backfires on the right side into the exhaust manifold. I have changed the plugs with new denso's and swapped coil packs around, checked all the wires and vacuum lines. Can't find a darn thing. She only backfires at idle and while driving between 1000 and 2500 rpm. Stomp on it and it she runs like a scalded dog. Anyone else ever faced this 5VZE demon?
