I put more air in my tires and gained 2 mpg. I went from 16mpg to 18mpg mostly city driving.

Those 16-18 mpg sounds about right... I wouldn't think you'd get much more than that as long as its stock. I've heard good things about the K&N air filter tho... that might boost your mileage. Otherwise, yeah... my (current) daily driver is only getting 13-14mpg. But you love on 'em anyways, right?

What psi should i have my Michelin Cross Terrains at? They are all at around 29-30 now. Should I raise them up to around 33?

I run my good years at 60psi the max on them is 65psi cold, look at your tires to make sure. The psi is the fastest gas robber besides a clogged airfilter or even worst a clogged fuel filter..

whoa... on the 3.4 you got 17mpg? Not too shabby... My mileage is steadily coming up, now at 15mpg after some concentrated fuel rail/injector/ everything in between cleaner... but still w/ 33x12.5's... how silly my truck would look with conventional tires.... but with gas at $2.68 a gallon, well, I might make the concession...

well, i *did* say "NEARLY" 17 - it's like 16.8 ...so...round up! And this was BEFORE I cleaned out the MAF!

and yah, going back to metric 32"s that are a/t's looks REEEEEALY lame compared to my 285 m/t's....but...saves the duckets. Saves wear on the m/t's too

Doing the formula I'm getting 18 1/2 mpg consistantly.....except the first week I did the ISR mod-17 that week. Prior to the mod I was getting 19+ but oh, that noise! I do about 30/70 highway/city driving.

I have Michelin LTX M&S on mine currently, no lift, pretty much stock.
