Looks great! Hopefully I will see you on the trails. You should check out Cascade Cruisers for some runs: www.cascadecruisers.com
no turning back now
got all 4 plates cut and most of the holes drilled. Got one side welded u and of course ran out of wire.
raised it up about 3" to clear the receiver. Need to trim the bottom plates a little to clear the rim

As usual, love the sticker, you find some great ones. Truck looks great and more level so hopefully the spacers work well for you.
Heh, just saw rustED's post. What he said.

I think this is the placed I bought the sticker from
http://desertdogdecals.com/good-bad-ugly-decal
or this guy http://www.thatstickerguy.com/good-bad-ugly.html
I checked my online order history and I have bought stuff from both of them.

$41.65 on Amazon
https://www.amazon.com/Daystar-KT09100BK-Comfort-Spring-Spacer/dp/B001GH1PB4/ref=au_as_r?_encoding=UTF8&Make=Toyota%7C76&Model=4Runner%7C1005&Year=1994%7C1994&ie=UTF8&n=15684181&s=automotive&vehicleId=1&vehicleType=automotive
I had good luck with Daystar spacers on my old 05 Tacoma, they leveled the front and no issues for the 4 years I owned the truck

Didn't have as much time as I wanted to work on Project Recycle today but I got the old 5.29 third pulled from the Trekker rear axle. It was good to see it was still in great shape. Not too bad since when I installed the Aussie 7 or 8 years ago I had no clue what I was doing other than taking a look at some of Zuk's write ups on gearinstalls.com
The third when in with out a hitch with the exception of me being thwarted by the 94 flange needing 10mm holes. I could have sworn I had a triple drilled flange but nope. So ordered some 10mm bits off Amazon so I'll just drill the flange on my next day off.
And since I am a grumpy old man I continued the grumpy sticker tradition on my project cars. I am pretty sure I had one going back to my baja bug days in high school
Gotta be good for a few horsepower
also had to order some different rear shocks...thought I could use the old shocks from the Trekker using an eyelet to pin style converter but the lower mount on the 94 is a larger diameter than the shocks I was gonna use. So I'll throw those in the parts stash in case I blow a front shock.

Rear shocks finally arrived too so got everything buttoned up last night. Drove it, 1st impressions is that I really want to convert to rear leaf springs sooner than later. The tall rear coils are allow for some leaning in the corners.
Going to pull a couple of front leafs up front to see how much that lowers it and pull the coil spacers to even it out.
Drove it about 30 miles between yesterday and today, took a little while getting use too but it should be very capable.
*With the 35's and 5.29's the speedo seems dead on. *Decent power. *I will confirm with my GPS how accurate the speedo is.

posting this for future reference found in a thread on master cylinders on Pirate
Since this is a FAQ thread it really needs this link in it
Pirate4x4.Com - The largest off roading and 4x4 website in the world. The brake bible
This has answered so much......didnt even know this was on this site.....only ever came to the message board.
"The two pistons are arranged inline in a single bore (“tandem”). The piston closest to the pedal is the “primary” piston, and the other is the “secondary” piston. Normally, the primary piston operates the font brakes and the secondary piston the rear."
