Looks like you're having a blast with it already!
Regarding the swap.. The 3RZ is a piece of cake. The 1UZ would probably require extensive body modifications to fit. The engine bay on these 1st Gen trucks isn't as wide as you might think and the 1UZ isn't exactly a "compact" engine.
Never the less I'll keep my eye on your project and see what you decide to do!

well is been a while havent really done much to the truck been busy with other things,
anyways does anyone know for sure if i can use a rear diff of a newer truck say 90s my rear diff was welded and it sucks driving the truck everyday like that plus and upgrade would be great, so can the whole diff be use or just the pumpking????

A diff from a V6 is supposed to have a beefier carrier bearing, if you've got a line on one, go for it!
Daily driving a welded diff is a rough job. It's easiest just to pull the axles, drop the pumpkin and slide a new one in. Bang, bang, done. There'll be folks around with budget trailer queen crawlers that'll take that welded diff off your hands if you know where to look.
You can swap in just the carrier, but it's alot more headache.

Heck, rear parts are so cheap, you can even snag an extra set of axle shafts and have fresh bearings pressed on prior to the swap. Two birds with one stone.
The only trick is to beat the demand for these parts: V6 and auto diffs vanish from parts yards fast!
