FS 3rd Gen 3.4 Supercharger

Im putting this up as a feeler/sale for a supercharger that i bought from mike97 a couple of years ago and never installed. this is what mike had to say about it at the time i bought it from him

- this has about 35-40K miles on it as I drive about 12-13K miles a year and it was installed in the fall of '03
- mostly complete except for the serpentine belt which I misplaced and the tensioner plate which I also misplaced.
I have the tensioner plate and 2 trd belts for it as well. I would like $1300.00 because of the added tensioner plate for the complete dynamic tensioner and 2 serpintine belts.

Also have a 93 Suzuki RMX 250 for sale as well $1200.00

Sigh.

Thats a bit steep. You can get complete setups with all bolts, hardware, everything on ebay for less than $1200

who said mine didnt include all of those things. You should ask before you assume and btw i would love to see where you can get a NEW setup for 1200. The 1200 ebay superchargers are usually used from what ive seen.

I have all bolts and gaskets this is a complete kit. Everything is there.
The only reason im selling is because i dont have the money to set it up right. You know 7th injector or bigger injectors, water injection for the heat. I dont want to install with out it. And the 3.4 swapped truck is now almost purely a work truck for my business.

For obvious reasons i have thought better about adding the supercharger to a vehicle employees will be driving.

I also have recently reaquired a Pontiac Fiero that I had sold to a friend 6 years ago and plan on putting my xtra time and money into it.

ummm..unless i'm mistaken, you said yours is used and not new right? All i'm saying is $1200 is a bit steep for a used blower when you can get a used blower on ebay for less. Actually I had a customer who was looking at S/C's on ebay and called one of the dealers selling them and got a brand new complete setup for $900 shipped so, it is possible sometimes

okay dude sure sure please leave my thread unless you have something postive to add or an offer to make. im not crashing your thread, so please dont crash mine. I stated a fair price for a low mileage used supercharger. I havent even installed it myself and just want the money i put into it out. a new one is min $1800 from any reputable dealer. Usually closer to $2400

Ebay blowers may be 1200 bucks for a complete set up BUT is it a TRD or some cheap knock off? also, if its so much cheaper, what do you think is wrong with it? Ive been looking into blowers for my 03 4runner but its too much work, this is a super deal though.

Pontiac Fiero? Seriously? Are you putting a 350 in it because I saw one in town with a 350 with remote oil/battery/rad/everything and it was stupid fast but still a PONTIAC FIERRO!

Would you consider some sort of trade off? like say, a cheap vacation here in belize for a considerable knock off the SC price?
