Is there a 3.4 A/T 4x4 with a right hand drop T-Case?
I have heard a 96 T100 but have not found one.

I don't know for sure, even if there is they will be hard to find.

I used a 4 cylinder gear driven TC with a Marlin adapter.

Yes some T100's had passenger drop.
