Relay Box Removal
Hi, does anyone know how to remove the relay box in the yellow circle? I need to remove it and mount somewhere else because it interferes with the airbox when I have it installed.
Any suggestions or recommendations are greatly apprecicated.
Thanks.

I still am unsure that it is suppose to come apart. There are mounting ears towards the rear that I moved it to but I also broke the front ears removing it. I tried to find an unlock tab somewhere. I finally got frustrated and just pried the hell out of it breaking the lock tab. Then I moved it to the back tabs.
Maybe someone has a less redneck approach.

Thanks, dntsdad. I've tried numerous times to pull, pry, and push to remove it and it just doesn't want to come off. I don't want to break it off but if no suggestions come my way, I will have no other alternative but to do as you have done. Hopefully someone has found a more sane way to remove.
Thanks again for the reply.

I don't have that relay box, but I have the box that is next to that. I think it was the obI or diagnostics plug. I pried it from the top and pulled. This was after 10mins of messing with it. there is only a small bump holding it in.
The bump is tiny and thats all it takes to hold that little tiny thing on the fuse box.

Ok thanks Superchiem! I actually rotated the entire fuse box where it's perpendicular to the fender like on the '94 Runners and it seems to fix better and leaves a little more clearance.
