Lower Rad house and heater hoses

I have a 1 inch body lift and rear heat. Can someone give me some part numbers for a lower rad hose that will work? Also any numbers for heater hoses that will work or could be modified to work with rear heat?

Same as top but cut. Heater hose just get the size and go to napa.
