What does this mean?

When i accelerate, the rpm's jump from 900 RPM, all the way to 2100-2500 RPM. Does this mean i have good throttle response, or good low-end torque?

Plus, its a 3.slow.

Sounds like a slipping clutch or auto trans.

hmmmm well mine has great bottom end grunt in first but it really takes off above 3000 rpm... then the step into 2nd kills most all accelleration But no, it shouldn't IMMEDIATELY jump to those RPM levels - it should take a second or two...

I don't think its the trans. because that RPM jumping didn't happen until i added my custom intake to the 3.slow. It could be the increased airflow to the engine that made the throttle response and low-end torque better, and the intake noise is exceptionally louder at the 2000-3500 RPM range. One step on the pedal, and the 3.slow flies.

could be the intake tube.. how did you fab it?
sounds like you might be having a bit of throttle issue.. 900-2.5 sounds liek a problem.. about how many seconds does that take.. im gonna go out side and come back and tell you what myne does from stop to 2.5 then from about 20mph to 2.5 to give you an idea..

ps: in my opinion, dont post topics with subject lines like "what does this mean" be specific.. i think thats what a mod would ask you to do next time..
