Head Gasket replacement procedure ?

I am planning to replace the head gasket on my 98 4Runner; 2.7 4cyl w/105,000 miles. Coolant is disappearing for no apparent cause. Oil looks good, no external leaks.

How hard is it to change on this motor? Is there any good links that descripe this procedure? Or what is the best manual? What parts do I need?

Thanks for you help.
