5VZ-FE or 7mge?

ok i did some researching on the 7mge (old supra motor) compared to the 3.4L 5VZ-FE, thre both good power candidates, what motor do u think would be a easier swap into a 94 pickup 2wd , not extended cab. some people say the 7m is pretty easy just workin wiht motor mounts but what u guys think, i need to research the 3.4L motor some, but askin for help. thanks

1. based on would u rather have a 7mge (w58 tranny) or 5vz power wise, reliability, ect...
2. which one would be easier to swap, how difficult would it be
3. how much would it cost to do the swap besides the engine price,
o ya i only drive manuel tranmissions if it helps determine whats best.

It depends on what you're starting with, too.

If you have a 22RE, then the Supra swap would probably be your easiest option. If you are starting with the 3VZ-E, then the 5VZ-FE (3.4) is a nearly bolt up conversion (biggest issues are a little wiring, and the exhaust.)

Good luck!
