not trying to be mean here but you dont need to reinforce the frame i reinforced mine where the steeringbox went because i had to rig up the sfa steering instead of hysteer cause im broke and had to get my truck back on road since its my dd
i still have to put r150f and tcase in so not done yet but close
honestly i drive mine like mad sometimes and havent broke nothing
the 2wd frame is more like the sfa trucks and is easier to convert because you dont have to cut off as much bracketry
a 8th inch box frame is stronger than everybody gives it credit for i have a 95 reg cab 22re and i have loaded 1500 pounds behind rear axle on stock 2wd springs and nothing broke bent ect
people put 3-400 horse motors in these truck without reinforcement and they are fine
oh and as for cheap cut all the factory brackets off the sfa truck they come in handy and save lots of money they fit where their supposed to go on the frameperfectly however definetly invest in the frametubes and jigs my tubes ended up being slightly crooked (just made it so i have to bolt on the shakles before i put it on the hanger or else the bolt wont go through the spring eye in the rear) all in all i did my convertion for roughly 350 including axles, trans and tcase, new calipers, new brake hard lines, new pads, basically the only thing that didnt cover was the wheels and tires so not bad imo since a kit is 1100 bucks also didnt include axle rebuild
as for lift trailmaster has a suspension lift 4 front springs and 3 inch rear add a leaf for like 289 i think pretty cheap

Well it sounds like you have most of the parts already.
Doing a SAS on a 2wd isn't really different than a 4wd as far as cutting off the ifs and adding the leaf springs are concerned.
The 2wd frames use a different transmission cross-member so you will have to add mounting points to use the 4wd cross-member.
The E-brake set up is different but easily converted.
The gas tank mounts are different on the 2wd trucks. When I did my swap I put in a 4wd tank and it hit the underside of the bed. I had to make spacers so it would sit lower.
Basically its just little things like that you'll run into.
