Having the same trouble getting a buzz going down here... I think some of the usual suspects are being careful, trying to avoid breaking stuff they can't afford to repair. I know a lot of good rigs are spending time parked in SoCal.

Wait until President Pickle gets taken down a few pegs after the November elections and things will pick up. No one knows how bad it'll get before then, though, and I think folks are a little paranoid.

Yeah I am trying to keep off trails for the most part to keep from breaking stuff sense I dont have the extra cash to fix it, But my truck is also sitting in a shop right now so Depending on the cost to repair and how long it take I may be up for a trip... All depends on the cash... Sorry buddy

Try TTORA. There seems to be a lot more people there that actually go wheeling and not just type about it.

Well, down here I've wheeled with those guys twice as often as the YT guys I've met. And I've been on that site for only about 6 months.

Hey hey, let's play nice.

Bogart Alert: Camper, if you want more to do, come with us on May 9 to Saddleback. The run is posted on YotaTech in the events section. I'm driving up from San Diego in the :AM. It'll be fun/fair-to-middlin' difficulty, lots of killer views, a bit more of an adventure than a short/technical thing, with lots of offshoots to play on. There should be a few guys from all the boards on the run.

If you're feeling generous, would you post on TTORA for me? I don't have a footprint there.

In the meantime, sorry about your Birfields, Krakr - sucky breakage - and apologies for borrowing your thread a little. If anyone wants to yell at me about it, come to the Saddleback thread and do it there.

I may do that. Still have only 2 wheel drive though but that shouldn't stop me. I'll likely stick to the scenic stuff instead of the technical stuff. Can't afford more breakage.

I have two extra sets of birfs. I just put in Dirty 30's.

I'm game for Brown's any weekend. I'll be up there on the 8th in fact.

Retired, huh? It's good to see someone closer to my age group driving a yota

Well, I just bought a set but if the price is right I may buy yours too. I'm trying to put off the enevitable birfield eliminator kit, so extra's would be nice.

I may be down to go on the 8th, it depends on how the rest of my week goes.

I'm retired, but I'm only 28 so how old are you?

I'd rather be working than have my body in the condition it's in. 2 joints with tramatic arthritis, and severe clinical PTSD coupled with a dose of explosive rage. Go Army.
