wow just noticed this...
Well, first off... do i want to weld or bolt this beast on there?
Next.. would any 'ole hitch from tractor supply co. or similar be good? (assuming thats what the red rectangle is ) And can i get some D-rings there too? How 'bout difficulty of adding those?

Combination of bolting and welding. The brackets that go into the rear of the frame are bolt on, the rest of the stuff is welded. I'd even recommend welding the brackets to the frame in addition to bolting them, that adds a lot of strength and rigidity.
Yes, the red rectangle is a receiver from TSC, if it was from somewhere else I would have made it a different color.
I hope you aren't planning on running a spare tire under there? If so, you may have to get creative with the two red supports.
