Hood Flex at Highway Speeds
I suspect this has been discussed before -- I'm told this is a common problem with T-100s -- but the hood on my '95 Extended Cab waves and wobbles in the wind at highway speeds like a flag. The sheet metal is flexing because it's no longer connected to the underlying brace structure.
What's the best thing to use to re-attach the sheet metal hood to the metal underneath? I thought of just squeezing some high temperature RTV silicone in there, or maybe some "Great Stuff" expanding foam?
Thanks!

be careful on the great stuff, used it on a trunk for sound, and it pushed it up a bit... maybe only 1/8" but still quite noticeable... go with the silicone or caulking of some sort for a first try... the hood on my '99 4runner does that too up near the wiper edge... annoying to see
