Pulsing Lights
My 2000 Toyota Avalon lights are pulsing at a fast pace when the engine is running. RPMs make no difference. I've replaced the alternator and battery with no difference. Any ideas would be appreciated.

check to see if you have extra resistance anywhere in the wiring, or a bad/rusted/painted ground. most electrical problems usually can be fixed with a little time, meter, and good wire brush.
