LED or Halogen/Xenon

I'm just looking for some ideas on what kind of lights to mount on the stock bumper of my 99 4runner no idea is a bad idea. I've been looking at some LED pods from digidiodes and various other normal run of the mill off road lights. Suggestions?

A friend with a Jeep has the rigid industries dually lights in spot form. They're unbelievable! I plan on getting a 20 or 30 inch spot bar from snevey's off road. I've seen the razor bars he sells over on pirate4x4 and they seem great!
The halogens are tried and true though. Thing is, really good halogens will be expensive and if I'm looking between the two I'd go with the LEDs.

My vote is for LEDs. They are bright and more durable. Th duallys are a great option tough quite expensive.
