I even tried google and cant seem to come up with much
What is the application? A M12 x 1.25mm is very fine threads. If you are looking for an OEM replacement bolt try the dealership.

If you ever have the opportunity to drop your front third member out, you can also just drill out the holes to 1/2". Then the "studs" just become bolts. That's what I'm running on mine.

Just use the metric grade 8.8 if those metric grade 10.9 are too hard to find. I don't think Toyota uses any 10.9 bolts from the factory (maybe the head bolts or something).

Ok, I was just concerned that 8.8s wouldn't be strong enough for the brake caliper bolts. The ones I have on the truck now have the heads all knurled from the PO. I need to change them out. I've noticed that that most of the bolts Toyota used aren't that good. Living in the rust belt I have have to drill out many bolts on the undercarriage and hellicoil them. I try to replace the fastners with 10.9s as much as I can.

I order mine from Fastenal. Ace Hardware has a pretty good selection of coarse thread, but not so much in fine thread.

That same size is also used for the CV's, the crossmembers, and the diff-to-mount connection - it's good to have some spares!

Be sure to use anit-seize or loctite to keep the salt out of the threads!
