I am looking for more ideas for a flatbed build. My current project is a 1992 4runner bobbed behind the rear seats with the rear window section from a 1993 extended cab pickup (gotta be able to haul a family...looking a lot like a four door hilux, but we'll see how she comes out *grin*). Anyway, I want to finish off the tail end with a flatbed that I can throw a spare on along with a few tools (i.e. highlift, toolbox, cooler, etc). I know it is going to be short (in the neighborhood of 36", possibly as long as 45") but I would like some design ideas. I am still this winter away from building it, but I am in the design/idea stage. It is going to be 1.5" tube, integrated into the cage and rock sliders. Anyway, again, I am just in the idea stage, so any pictures you have would help, even if they are not of your truck...thanks for the help. Keep wheeling.

I haven't started mine yet but I asked a guy on IH8MUD that had a cool flatbed for some detail shots and he told me to have someone build me one.. Hopefully you'll have a better response here as I'd like to see some for ideas too.
