Running rough after throttle body removal.

Hey guys, i had a coolant leak from a hose below the throttle body. Removed it to make my life easier but when i put everything back together it runs rough and coughs throughout the rpm range. Anyone have any expierience with this sorta thing? would a intake leak cause this?

yes, a leak would cause that. afm to T.B., T.B. gasket, T.B. to air valve, air valve to air chamber, also, is your air valve wire plugged in? coolant full and burped?

So i went back and double checked all my work and all the hoses are attached correctly and no air leaks. I then was thinking maybe some cyclinders are dead so i one at a time unplugged each spark plug. number 1 and 3 are dead. had no effect on how it was running when i pulled them.

I shorted the battery positive and grounded it to the intake while i was attaching the throttle body last night what did i fry?

determine weather you have spark to those plugs first. if so, you could have loose injector connections, or you may have melted 1 or more injector wires, or worse.
