Power outlet on Tacoma
Can anyone point me to a thread here that discusses the power outlet in the bed of the newer Tacomas? I have searched but apparently am searching with the wrong description. I am very interested in the wiring and actual ac/dc set up. thanks.

What are you wanting to do? Power inverter, for 110v outlet in the bed and 12v connector?
Not sure if theres a thread on it or not, but I'm sure its do'able..

How new we talking here? You know,,,, specifics can be a good step in the right direction.
Such as, what year is it? Im guessing its 2010+ composite bed,,, maybe even a tacoma posing as a tundra. Meanwhile tundra posing as F-450 super duty bubble cab.

thanks guys. I have a 94 but I looked at an 05/06 Taco at the dealer and it had a switch on the dash and an outlet in the bed. I will go to tacomaworld and look for it, thanks.

I am hijacking my own thread for a second. Do any of you belong to tacomaworld? There is a member selling a black TOYOTA badge that I need for my build. I can't find it anywhere else. Funny thing is I registered to buy it but, my registration isn't working. PM me if you can help.
