yup that's a freeze plug. Drain your coolant system and pry that sucker out. I ordered mine from lcengineering but i'm sure you can find them cheaper. I was ordering a bunch of parts at the time so i just put those in the deal when rebuilding my motor. If i remember correctly i used a big socket to install them and a rubber mallet. My engine was on a stand at the time so you might have a tough time installing one with it still in the truck.

should i replace them all or just do this one

You should be fine just replacing that plug for the time being, those are both the same plug in the pic and the video, mine went 3 years ago but I just have a universal rubber expandable plug in mine and its held up just fine and I even kept my pres. tester on the system when I installed it to make sure it would hold.
