Ok gnarles, I was smelling coolant in the exhaust, when the truck was running (reason for pulling head) I found #4 cyl starting to go (top of piston all purty and clean)
I may have dumped the parts there myself. I took the pump off before removing v/c. I rotated to clear water neck from tstat. no pics yet maybe tomorrow

up date.. i installed a electric pump and pressure reg, I have pressure set to 2psi, (havent actually put gauge on, just the number on reg) and MAN this thing runs great. i didnt believe that the webber only needs 3 psi! It idles better than ever, before it smelled rich at idle.

that dial regulator is not the best thing on these webers. If you search you will find alot of people that have had problems with those. Not sure on the pump though. The best and probably only regulator I will ever use are the Holley regulators. I set mine at 3.5psi. 1.5 psi while offroad.
