Simple green.

Spray, let sit for a moment, rinse. Repeat as nessecary. Worked GREAT for me. I did it after I flushed my power steering and I dumped old black ATF everywhere...

What's up with this WD-40? That will totally attract dirt and make it smell worse than balls! And by the way it is not a cleaner! Take my advice an pitch the WD-40 in the trash....it might have been cool for your Grandfather, but it is crap for everything!

I hate the way a lot of the engine cleaners make your truck stink for all eternity. I would use simple green or one of the orange ones, a steel brush and a pressure washer. Worked great on my Jeep! Better yet, take to the carwash and use their engine cleaner setting.

we have ALWAYS used GUNK engine cleaner...in the foam...it has NEVER let us down...EVER...its some GOOD ...i do my cleaning in the early mornin that way the motor aint hot at all...shake the stuff for a good while..spray it on..let it sit for about 10 mins (i spray it EVERY WHERE in the engine comparment..lol..gets it spotless) then warsh it down with the 2400PSI pressure washer..stuff comes off like it wasnt even there....

and just to let ya in on a lil secret....el cheapo deapo brake parts cleaner and carb cleaner works WONDERS..to KEEP a clean engine bay clean...

after i go muddin nowdays...i always take a couple cans of the stuff..after im done..and im lettin the truck cool down..i'll spray it down with that stuff...(im usually at the house by then) and i rinse it off with the hose hooked to the hydrant...like i said with the GUNK..it works wonders..always has

o yea..this is for Scoobs...haha

JUST CUZ I SEEN IT THERE!! hahahahahahaha

I will testify that the Castrol Super Clean is some pretty bad !!!! My fornt main crank seal leaked in my 22RE for about 6 months until I fooled around with fixing it so it looked like an oil grenadde had went off underneath that thing and with about sessions it was lookin like new money.
