yeh where are you getting your manuals? I have a Chiltons book for my truck but i would like to find some more specific stuff.

You can always look at getting the toyota mechanics manuals but they are very pricy. Chilton's is the best but for something like a weber you get the weber manual. There's one on LC Engineering for like 25 bucks. It'll give you a good idea of the disassembly instructions but it won't give you very much for tuning. I also picked up some books on bodywork and welding just so I could teach myself the basics of it. I haven't been able to try either out but the more I read the more I understand.

best weber books out there IMO. Yet I don't have one:

Ok I got suckered.....lol. Oh well but yeah manuals really make a lot of things easier.

yeh thanks guys i appreciate the help im sellin my dirtbike right now so next step is 4:88s, rebuild kit, and a jet kit whoooo! ha im stoked

Sounds good man. I got 4.88s on the way myself and then I'm working on arb's for lockers with a York.

I forgot one thing. You might wanna look at the LC pro spiral adapter. It doesn't leak as much as the redline adapter

Oh man....start another thread. I've been given advice to either let a professional do them (especially with lockers) or to have someone there that knows what they're doing with them. I would search though. I bet here there's probably a pretty good writeup.
